Moyiola Abeo began with a grandmother's heirloom collection. Yoruba gold, kept, worn, and handed down. The Atelier is that idea working in the other direction—instead of inheriting a story, you start one.

You'll work directly with Ayomide, our founder, from your first conversation to the day the finished piece is engraved and delivered with your approval at every stage: the sketch, the 3D rendering, then the making.

The Commission process
Most commissions take 3–8 weeks (based on the intricacy of the design) from first call to delivery, and the pace is largely yours.
Expect 1 consultation, around 3 calls, and emails in between.

The sketch
Ayomide draws your piece and sends it to you. You edit it together until it's right, however many rounds that takes. You experience your vision coming into clarity from the comfort of your home.

The rendering
The approved sketch becomes a 3D rendition, so you can see your piece from every angle before anything precious is touched. It looks as real as it gets at this point - just right for your final sign-off, that sends it to the studio.

The making
Moulded and made by hand over 3–4 weeks, in the certified stones and hallmarked metals you chose.

Bespoke commissions begin at £750, with most pieces between £1,500 and £5,000.
Your final price is shaped by your choice of stone, metal and design. We’ll give you an estimated figure during your complimentary consultation, before any commitment is made.

No. Most clients arrive with a feeling and a few pictures. The consultation exists to turn that into a design and it's free, so bring the half-formed version.
Usually 3–8 weeks from first conversation to delivery, of which the making itself is 3–4 weeks.
Working toward a proposal or an anniversary? Tell us the date and we'll plan backwards from it.
Yes! That's the point. Every option we offer is certified and hallmarked, and Ayomide will guide you honestly on what your budget does best.

Yes, refinement is the process. The sketch and the 3D rendering exist so we can adjust the design together, and nothing goes to the studio until you've approved it. Once making begins, changes get harder, so say everything that's on your mind early; we'd rather redraw a sketch five times than have you wear a piece you're half-sure of. And if something about the finished piece doesn't sit right, talk to us.
Because a commission is designed around you and made only once, it can't be returned and offered to anyone else; bespoke pieces are final. This is exactly why the process asks for your approval at every stage: the sketch, the rendering, and the final design are all signed off by you before a single thing is made. And once the piece is yours, it stays protected — hallmarked metals with London Assay Office credentials, certified stones, and our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, which covers unintended wear for as long as the piece is worn.
