The Moyiola Abeo Heritage

THE NAME BEHIND THE BRAND,

My grandmother's name is on everything I make.
That was the point.

Moyiola Abeo is named after my grandmother, a jeweller whose pieces were worn, kept and eventually passed down to me.

Long before I understood jewellery as design, I understood it as something that could carry a person with it. Her pieces outlived the moments they were made for and became part of my own story.

Years later, they became the starting point for a jewellery house of my own.

Moyiola Abeo makes fine jewellery for the same reason: to be worn now, kept for years, and one day passed on.

Made to be passed down.

Hi, I'm Ayomide David-Oyeleru

Founder & Designer

Moyiola Abeo carries my grandmother's name. She was a jeweller, and some of the pieces she left me became my first understanding of what jewellery could be: something worn, loved and eventually passed on.

I founded Moyiola Abeo to continue that idea in my own way. I design each piece in London, choose the gemstones and materials, and work closely with specialist craftspeople to bring each design to life.

Whether I'm designing a piece for the collection or creating something entirely bespoke, I think about the person who will wear it now — and the person who might inherit it one day.

HOW WE MAKE

Designed by one hand, made by a few

I design every piece myself. A small team of artisans brings them to life in certified precious metals and sustainably sourced gemstones — hallmarked, made to order, and made only once someone has asked for it. We don't hold stock and we don't chase seasons. If a piece couldn't one day be inherited, it doesn't leave us.

Every piece carries our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, because a promise about generations has to outlast a receipt.

THE ATELIER

The work closest to what she did

The heart of the house is the Bespoke Atelier, where I design pieces with clients rather than for them — engagement rings, heirlooms for new babies, pieces that mark the moments that deserve better than a shelf. You bring the story; we make the proof. It's the closest thing I do to what my grandmother did, and it's where this house is most itself.
