Every Moyiola.Abeo piece, made to order or bespoke, is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty from the day it arrives. If our workmanship ever fails you, we repair it, at no cost, for as long as it is worn.

Accidents happen to worn jewellery. That is what worn means. Damage from accident or mis-wear is assessed honestly: depending on the cause, the repair is covered by us, and we quote you fairly before touching anything that is not. We tell you plainly if a piece cannot be saved.

If a stone is lost, we can replace it, though the cost of the replacement stone is yours to cover. The setting work, the cleaning, and the servicing that go with it stay complimentary, as they always are.

A lost piece is different. A warranty cannot bring back what is gone, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Work done on your piece by another jeweller ends the warranty. Not as a punishment, but because we can only stand behind hands we know.

The warranty does not end with you. It travels with the piece and its certificate of authenticity, so whoever inherits a Moyiola.Abeo piece inherits its warranty. As long as the certificate is with the piece, the promise stands. Made to be passed down, covered when it is.

Write to the Client Concierge with a photo, your order number, and your certificate of authenticity. For inherited pieces, send the certificate and whatever you know of the piece's story.

We will confirm what is covered, arrange insured shipping, and give you an honest timeline before anything begins. Shipping for repairs is arranged at your cost; the work itself, where it is covered, is not. Repairs are done by the same hands that made the piece.
