We say every piece is made to be passed down. This page is what makes that sentence enforceable.

Every Moyiola.Abeo piece — made to order or bespoke — is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty from the day it arrives. If our workmanship ever fails you, we repair it, or replace the piece, at no cost, for as long as it's worn.

What's covered, for life

• Settings that loosen and stones that need tightening
• Clasps, jump rings, and chain links that fail
• Earring posts that need re-soldering
• Structural repairs to bands, shanks, and mounts

What we handle differently

Accidents happen to worn jewellery — that's what worn means. Damage from accident or mis-wear is assessed honestly: if we can repair it, we quote a fair price before touching it, and we tell you plainly if we can't. Lost pieces and lost stones aren't something a warranty can bring back, but we'll always help you work out what's possible. [Confirm stone-loss stance: replacement at cost / quoted fee]

Work done on your piece by another jeweller ends the warranty — not as a punishment, but because we can only stand behind hands we know.

The clause we're proudest of

The warranty doesn't end with you. When your piece is passed down, the promise passes with it — whoever inherits a Moyiola.Abeo piece inherits its warranty. Made to be passed down, covered when it is.

How a repair works

Write to the Client Concierge with a photo and your order number — or, for inherited pieces, whatever you know of its story. We'll confirm what's covered, arrange insured shipping, and give you an honest timeline before anything begins. Repairs are done by the same hands that made the piece.
