We want every piece to reach you exactly as it left our atelier,
and we want you to feel confident placing your order.

Delivery

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to every country, free of charge. Every order is fully insured during transit, from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.

Because every piece is made to order, please allow three to four weeks from the date of your order for delivery. We do not hold stock. Your piece is made when you order it, which is how we can guarantee the quality and precision of every item we send.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have a question about your delivery at any point, contact us directly and we will find out where your piece is.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

If something is not right when your piece arrives, we want to know. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured, tracked service — the same care we use when sending to you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

To begin a return or exchange, contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the process and provide the correct return address.

Bespoke & Personalised

Bespoke and Personalised Pieces

Pieces made to a bespoke commission, or personalised with engraving, are made entirely for you. They cannot be returned or refunded.

This applies to all bespoke Atelier commissions and to any ready-to-order piece to which an engraving has been added at the point of purchase.

If you have any doubt about a size, a stone choice, or a design detail before placing a bespoke order, your concierge is the right person to speak to first. That conversation exists precisely to make sure you are certain before we begin.
