Ring Size Guide

Tips for a Perfect Fit:

1. Using a Ring Sizer
If you have a ring that fits well, place it on a ring sizer tool and note the size marked inside. This is the quickest method.

2. The String Method
Wrap a piece of string around your finger at the base, marking where it overlaps. Measure the string length in millimetres and divide by 3.14 to find your diameter. Compare this to a ring size chart to determine your UK size.

3. The Paper Strip Method
Cut a strip of paper about 1cm wide. Wrap it snugly around your finger and mark where it meets. Measure the length and use a ring size conversion chart to find your size.

Important Tips

Measure at the end of the day when your finger is slightly warmer and at its largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers shrink. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort. Remember that different ring styles may fit differently — wider bands often require a larger size than thinner ones.

Jewellery Care Instructions for all MA PIECES

Every piece that leaves this house is made to be worn today and passed down tomorrow. The metals are hallmarked. The stones are selected. The making is careful. With the right care, none of that changes — not for a generation, not for two.

The most important rule...

Put Your Jewellery On Last

Perfume, hairspray, face oils, and sunscreen are the most common sources of jewellery damage. They dull stones, weaken settings, and alter the appearance of certain metals over time. Apply everything else first. Let it dry. Then put on your jewellery. Take it off before you wash your hands.

General care

Cleaning & Polishing

For regular upkeep, a soft lint-free cloth wiped gently across the metal removes natural skin oils and light residue before they dull the surface.

For a deeper clean, fill a small bowl with warm (not hot) water and a drop of mild dish soap. Let the piece soak for two to three minutes, then work gently around the setting and any crevices with a soft toothbrush. Rinse under clean water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not leave pieces to air dry.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and steam cleaners. They are not suitable for pieces with pearls, porous stones, or lab-grown emeralds, and can loosen settings on any piece over time.

Storage

Store each piece separately, in its own soft pouch. Contact between pieces is where most scratching happens — a harder stone or metal pressed against a softer one leaves marks that accumulate invisibly. Each Moyiola Abeo piece is delivered in its own pouch. Keep it there when the piece is not being worn.

For travel, a jewellery wallet with lined, separate compartments prevents tangling and scratching in transit. Necklaces should be stored fully clasped and laid flat. The Tidal Crest Collar and Torque Necklace are sculptural pieces — store flat, never coiled tightly.

Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. A cool, dry, dark space is where all precious materials fare best.

For detailed instructions on specific material type care for metals and gemstones, refer to our full Jewellery Care Guide containing information on all types of hallmarked metals and certified gemstones used in Moyiola Abeo jewellery.

Repairs & the lifetime guarantee

Every Moyiola Abeo piece comes with a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If a setting loosens, a clasp fails, or a piece requires attention due to a craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace it.

If your piece needs attention for any reason, contact the concierge first. We will advise on whether a repair is something a local jeweller can handle, or whether the piece should return to us. For restringing pearl pieces, replating white gold, or any work specific to the original making, we recommend coming back to us directly.

Damage from impact, misuse, or lack of care falls outside the craftsmanship guarantee. We will still advise wherever we can.

EVERY PIECE IS MADE TO ORDER

We want every piece to reach you exactly as it left our atelier, and we want you to feel confident placing your order.

Every piece is begun only when you order it — in your size, to your specification. Because nothing we sell exists before it's yours, we don't offer returns.

What we offer instead is meant to be worth more than a returns window. Every piece carries our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty: repairs for life, resizing, and stone replacement. That promise doesn't expire in 14 days, or ever.

If something is genuinely wrong when your piece arrives, contact us straight away. Our team reviews these cases personally, and in exceptional circumstances we may offer an exchange or reimbursement in store credit.

Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are made entirely for you and are always final.

Questions before you order? That's what the Concierge is for — ask first, be certain, then buy.

Delivery

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to every country, free of charge. Every order is fully insured during transit, from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.

Because every piece is made to order, please allow three to four weeks from the date of your order for delivery. We do not hold stock. Your piece is made when you order it, which is how we can guarantee the quality and precision of every item we send.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have a question about your delivery at any point, contact us directly and we will find out where your piece is.

Bespoke and Personalised Pieces

Pieces made to a bespoke commission, or personalised with engraving, are made entirely for you. They cannot be returned or refunded.

This applies to all bespoke Atelier commissions and to any ready-to-order piece to which an engraving has been added at the point of purchase.
